Addley Precision Inc.’s Limited Lifetime Warranty

  • Warranty
    This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Addley Precision Inc. (the “Physical Goods”).
  • What does this limited warranty cover?
    This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
    During the Warranty Period,  Addley Precision Inc.  will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, Products or parts of a Product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
  • What will we do to correct problems?
    Addley Precision Inc.  will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Customer is responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. We will not be held liable for any Product that is lost in transit back to the manufacturer from the customer.
  • How long does the coverage last?
    The coverage for Physical Goods purchased from Addley Precision Inc.  is a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What does this limited warranty not cover?
    This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

    • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship which includes:
      • misuse of Product
      • abuse of Product
      • improper installation/ customer’s failure to follow given installation instructions
      • damages incurred during or as a result of installation of the Product onto its intended device
      • use of Product on incompatible devices
      • use of Products for purposes other than those intended/specified
  • What do you have to do?
    To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
